the misandrist society was something implemented by the royalty and top-tier nobles to control the lesser nobles. So the female superior structure doesn't exist in the upper echelons of their society which is why the prince, king, and duke are the ones holding power, rather than their female counterparts. The details seem to be much, much more complicated since story is an adaptation from a web novel.

@kaarme Yea. It doesn't make sense, and inconsistent. It's not like the patriarchal society civilization was built upon, no matter how evil and unfair it is, it wasn't conjured out of thin air. There's a reason, cause and effect why it became the way it was. Plus it is inconsistent af here. The girls somehow just split into the cute and the bitches, while men somehow, other than the sex slaves, somehow just turn into meek herbivores (shoushoku danshi).
