This was ruined for me, not by all the dirty subject matter, but by the fact that the love interest is just an ass. Which is what it says on the cover, I guess, but it's worse than I was expecting: A genuinely unlikable guy.
(Like this is to some extent one of those things where the love interest is repeatedly a dick and then only after having gone too far shows basic human decency—in other words, a light abusive relationship. It's heavily implied the guy just isn't self-aware enough to realize he's being an ass, but since a lot of the dickishness involves questionable/non-existent consent, I'm not inclined to cut any slack on that front.)

This was cute and funny. I didn't have a problem with either of the semes, I like a bit of bullying the cute, sweet ukes. And Nekota doesn't disappoint with the art, as usual. I just wish there was more between Mu and Maru! I wish they could've made it through the second 10 day endurance test.
Perhaps it's called "Adult Experience Value" because none of the characters act in any way like adults, their relationships are just poor copies of what an adult relationship is. And with time, each of them would stop being immature and actually be more honest with their partners... maybe.
