So, at some point they said that each division chose a representative and then the whole school voted for the president, the winner got the role and the loser gets the vice presidency.

And now we are told that traditionally it's a second-year from the council that run for presidency?

Anyway, what's the point in nominating her? She's never at school meaning she has probably 0 popularity in Botan, and after what she tried to do, it's close to impossible to secure votes from the other division.

Oh yeah, and she doesn't want to do it, meaning she would suck at it anyway.
