I feel like OB should be translated as alumni. It may use roman letters, but it's effectively a Japanese word, and most people who don't speak Japanese won't know what it means. Also, did it say OB originally? I would have expected it to say OG, which is the female equivalent ("old girl" as opposed to "old boy").
