Looks like that game was Tree of Savior. Not that I actually recognized it offhand, I thought it looked vaguely familiar, so I googled the NPC names that were visible. I don't think I've played it but who knows, I have tried an awful lot of games I didn't end up playing long enough to remember them well.

this is a very old thread but yess Tree Of Savior! I used to spend hours just fishing in the town and trying to find parkour paths to the roofs of the traders lol
