They aren't twists, it's a plot steered by the strategies of the cast as they try to gain the upper hand over one another. Doing the unexpected to catch your opponent off guard is the key to winning.

@leaderreborn this is more like mini yakuza rather than delinquent story now, so it's definitely end in jail time for a lot of people in this war, the way they're doing things is so fucked up that it's weird if this not include jail time
