Oversimplified SCP - Ch. 102 - SCP-8900

in my experience the newer scp stories are often more interesting because of the higher standard of quality that's been implemented.

I actually kind of like the implication with this one. That humans being able to see color is caused by an spc and the reality we're seeing isn't the real thing. I've always kind of like the spcs that mess with perception.

This just said that humans originally saw colours in black and white? Why? I thought colours were just the visible range of radiation, why black and white?
It's good that this isn't in the series that is shown on the website.

"Nuh-uh. This can't be real. This is just silly. I don't enjoy silly things. If you enjoy silly things, you are silly."

It IS on the website. It’s either in the Explained SCPs page or the Joke ones.

Also LMAO the complaints about this being shit because it’s not one of the old guards. This IS the old guard. Numbering has little to do with when the SCP was posted on the website

Anyway one of my all time favorite SCPs. Makes you think how many normal things were previously contained.
