@hyenagames it wasnt in the comic, but the scp wiki says that they keep containing more Harold Holts, which means they arent accounted for in the containment procedures every time they receive another instance of SCP-3477.

Also the problem with this is that the containment procedures ONLY accounted for the first few Harold Holts. Each Harold has different powers due to the different circumstances of their immortality, and due to them being the same person they can escape at the same time thanks to knowing what the others do.

A combination of 36 super powered beings working in conjunction in one mind makes escaping possible
