Funny, this is an SCP I haven't seen yet. Kinda reminds me of a similar style of narrative of an imgur post about shy-guy, scp-094, which "screws you over, by having read the story".
Basically, the guy started the thread by posting an image of 094. At first, you just think to yourself it's a creepypasta post, with a spoofy picture. You continue reading.
By the end of it, you're told anyone who sees its face, be it on any medium, gets hunted down, no matter what.
And then you realize, a few minutes ago, when you just started reading, you already saw its face.

well, the manga kinda oversimplified it. so i want to point out the "Cat" in question have hairless, featureless face with human eyes
