Code:
[b][font="Arial"][size="4"][color=#FF0000]Extremely Cute. Goochie Goochie Go! Who is a good boy? You are[/color][/size][/font][/b]

The wolves have taken over. Everyone go buy dog treats and prepare to welcome your new canine overlords.

Code:
Man, this is so
scary and terrifying! These werewolves are truly a menace and not at all
Code:
adorable!

Not sure if the joke is that they're very dangerous and have altered the document to appear harmless, or if they're harmless but are trying and failing to look scary.

Maybe making them ignore red text on green background completely would be better because of canine color-blindness.

@RemIpsum As the data said stuff like REDACTED, but only in the non-red text, it suggests they can edit the style of information about them to appear harmless. As they should not be aware of that way of writing entries unless they also had access to entries of other SCP's. However if they did have access, then the red text would say so, and they would likely be very much in trouble from memetic- and cognitive-class hazards (and a vector for the failure at containing said hazards), which also would have been stated in the red text.

Although from the word-choices in the manga, I would guess that whoever wrote the original wiki article just wanted them to be cute tsundere dogs, and didnt give too much thought into using terms like DATA EXPUNGED in the black text.
