i dont know why he's in such a rush to defeat this God. He could've waited like a year and probably converted almost every respectably-old-enough girl to be safe from the curse in the first city, then set out with an bodyguard army instead of rushing it with one girl. If he can do it three times a day for a year, thats 1065 girls who are dedicated to him. Of those, he could pick the top 10% for a 100 person army. The God isn't going anywhere and he'll live to 60 probably so a few years building up forces is a good idea. Hell he could have a whole cult built around him with zealot paladin squads.

@Sode I assumed it went along with the ridiculous amount of fluid they release, their bodies are so geared to go into heat everything goes into overdrive including starting to lactate. Also you don't have to not be a virgin to know about lactation, where I am they teach about human sexuality in a mandatory class at about age 14 and it covers everything (its a 5 month course). @Opticalwinter Replied a few chapters ago, so I won't bother you in every chapter, but as I mentioned, all options have flows.
First, the 3 times a day means 3 different girls a day. Meaning, for starters, tossing aside the heroines.
Also, there was a point made about how it may be dangerous for the whole world to suddenly know there's a man. Pretty solid point, imo. He's kind of undercover.
And well, even if we (or author) don't want to just spend 365 days of literally just the MC fucking 3 different chicks each chapter (cause THAT would be straight hentai, and probably plotless), we could dodge that with a time skip...which also has issues (for us, not in-universe this time).
