This one seems to rely on you having read several identical mangas before so it doesn’t have to really bother with the intro story lol.

Guy is good at combat but for some Reason never told anyone.
Leaves party because he’s asked.
Leaves equipment for no good reason.
Is picked up by an adoring fan that both knows him in secret but somehow knows nothing about his ability.
Shows off ability to new team member to basically no shock.

I mean I feel like he could have simply dropped the healer title and become an assassin or rogue that happens to be able to self heal, basically an amazing person...... but nope.
