They need to remove the shoujo ai or yuri tag, because they are just side characters, not related to the main story. As I said in the main comments, if Unoki was a girl crossdressing, then yes.

As always, interesting comment.

I would argue that the flags for Matsuri possibly accepting her feelings where there somewhere in the other 68 chapters (Which I'm lazy enough to not re-read), but they should have been way more explicit so this resolution didn't came as 180 as it did.

If anything, it feels like a "I didn't know that you liked me that way. But since I love you a lot already, dating you doesn't seem like something I would dislike now that I consider it!" Kinda situation.
