IMHO, "warnings" are legitimate and trump spoilers.
I think the community would be better off if there were tags for "rape" "pedophilia" 'incest" "beastiality" "tentacles" & "ntr".
A lot of folks know they never want to see anything with the above content, and making filters for them would improve the site experience, and reduce community friction.

Or you can go read porn on a porn sites, instead of trying to transplant the culture here . Same thing was unofficially proposed at some point in relation to GL ("more fetish-specific tags" basically), which if implemented, would effectively turn portion of Mangadex to another DS. I think majority wouldn't want that, mainly because of target-exclusive community dwellers migration.
