hmmm....that hot feeling that she gets when she sees onis, I wonder which old japanese folktale she corresponds to? I mean we've got the mochi-pounding rabbit, momotaro, the dog and her name "saru"torine implies that she's the monkey but I couldn't make the connection with that strange feeling that she keeps on getting.
