She's an Oni God, specifically mask oni god.
It can be represented by how she have name despite being a humanoid oni.

Imperial Oni is basically going around assassinating any oni who wish for coexistence while pretending to want coexistence himself. Thought he was an OK dude at first but now his true self is revealed, he's a pretty detestable character.
