Hmm... I'm starting to get displeased with this story. It has barely any other content than the MC getting attracted to one handsome guy after another. Cultivation is kept to the absolute minimum, attention to alchemy is restricted to pills more or less appearing out of nowhere. The only good thing were the politics and dealing with villains decisively. After 25 chapters were know more or less nothing of the world. I had incorrect expectations when I started to read this.

@jessiej Alas, I have no recollection of how far I read this. I didn't set any status (reading, dropped, etc) for this series either, it seems. I tried to go through the comments of a bunch of later chapters, but it seems like I haven't made any past this chapter, at least within a dozen chapters. I reckon it's possible this was the last chapter I ever read.
@Kaarme I found something else to read, even if its average so far its still better then this... sadly its missing a bunch of chapters here and the scrappers only have the trashiest versions they can find. Even if groups dont want their content on this website, i wish they would at least allow linking to them... What is the point of TLing a series if nobody ever finds it?
@Kaarme Surprisingly, someone on one of the comment pages mentioned "astral library" had apparently been translating it and they have the entire series. its called "Against the gods" They dont put their content on mangadex...
The first chapter is a bit all over the place... but my first impression is that its 'above average', then dips to 'average'.. and now its gone even higher then 'above average' and im only about 50 chapters in out of 200 or so. There are better series, but once you have read most of them, finding something that isnt trash is hard to do and even being average is a great find. i almost didnt read it because some of the comments said the humor was bad and forced... humor obviously comes down to tastes.. but i think its in how you read the humor and the spacing, some people may read too fast.. im not sure. i didnt have a problem with it.
