Noh really needs some reality check or something, trying to train people who obviously to anyone don't have any talent nor spirit for it is useless. And he even went and argued against his sworn brother over them just a chapter ago.

@Bramia that's is exactly the point of Noh training his group. Even if you are mediocre and without talent, you can become strong with hard work. Even Noh complain at first when his master train him. He just need to motivate his group, and the easiest (and most cliche) is by using food.
