@VermillionOcean When he first met her, when she was a child, his kids were newborns. Barely 1 years old. He was talking about his kids being 8 and then they turned 9 near the end of their journey, when she re-appeared as a soldier. Then a year or so after that, the kids were 10 when she essentially asked him out and revealed she was 20. This would mean that he saved her when she was about 11-12 years old. That pretty much lines up with her appearance, considering her height was similar to that of his daughter's current height. It is pretty likely they are the same person. Also, I think they mentioned him being 30-31 when had his kids. And he said he just turned 40 when she asked him out. So it's been about 9 years for sure.

@Podi125 Weird, I remember him talking about how 5 years had passed right before he left on the expedition where he met her. Think it was like chapter 32 or something. I must've missed something then. Know what @Diametric was going on about with the bodyguard?

That was 5 years since he was beat up by the old dude and his daughter. By that time his children were already pretty big and able to walk and talk and even wanted to do martial arts with their dad. I wouldn't be suprised if they were around 4 years old.

By the bodyguard I meant the guy in the black cloak with a skull mask. I'll go see if I can find some chapters with him in now if you want

Edit: He's seen protecting her in chapter 9 and 10 as a child, and then he speaks to her as an adult in chapter 135.

He also appears in chapter 140 speaking to the powerful dude who is the master of the old twin masters and the father of the rich kid Noh once saved and who I suspect is the guy Noh has a trauma from being beat up by before the story started.

I think the bodyguard might be in some other chapters, but I can't be bothered looking through them all
