@Spartacus21 I've had a sneaking suspicion that he is actually just sterile but hasn't realized it yet for the last 22 chapters or so.
I'm guessing that they eventually find out about it, give him some medicine that makes him better, and finally giving everyone what they want will be the end of the series.
