Also, what's with this mark? His hand isn't bleeding, and you can't have so much pollen or something like this outside, right? I get that this either shows that he leaves traces (but lol the broken window is kinda there) or that the kid is not real...

Him leaving a hand print on a dusty swing means that the kid he saw was not on it. So i guess he’s either seeing ghosts or worse having hallucinations.
