Basically the whole author's formula for this work: bounce the reader between "MC is crazy" and "The Addams are crazy."

Obviously both are true, it's all a matter of perspective. Also all those creepy shots are from MC's point of view, hnnng?

Calling it a shitty situation would be an euphemism, but this mc is still a dumbass for trusting that girl and for a lot of other reasons.

I'm not sure what the author is trying to do with him but i don't buy that crap about them being just an isolated family of oddballs. Why not just. . . send him out to the mainland with that boat and be done with it?
