@StoogieStan I think this doesn't reflect Hwang Ji's power, because presumably the aliens in the initial blood sample multiply on their own. So how powerful Seong Yeon is reflects how advanced the civilisation inside him is. He could even be more powerful than Hwang Ji. (Though I don't think he is, I'm just giving an example.)
