Yep I knew it. Arthur said something like all the candidates are finally together then showed 3 chess pieces. I assume that there are 3 otherworlders like MC and the smartphone is proof that you are chosen by God a.k.a Arthur. Guessing they have to fight or something. I'm guessing the 3rd otherworlder other than MC and the blonde bully is the other bully, the girl, the one who had the cigarettes. Damn, so MC still has to fight his trauma aside from fighting the tower. He needs a break. Pitting him against his bully is just too cruel.
