No, it's a bad and common misinformation. Cats shouldn't drink bovine milk, they'll get diarrhea. Cats like cream and other fatty products for the fat, not the taste or whatever, and low fat milk you buy in stores has low amount of fat and is hard to digest.

Seriously, people gave Nagatoro crap for teasing her love interest, but she didn't threaten him with a false rape accusation and subsequent jail sentence. Makes Nagatoro making Senpai cry seem really tame by comparison. I know the author gonna try to convince the reader that this girl is sweet and means well but seriously there's no going back from what she did to the male lead in these first couple of chapters.
