Definitely no ecchi, incest, yaoi/yuri,etc. Only kiss, hug, pure love. Some contain tragedy, but most plots are good.

romance without ecchi? that's pretty rare but i understand how fanservice can be annoying.

"Kyou no Kerberos" is good wholesome romance but there's no english chapter on mangadex, try mangakalot or manganelo instead

"Masamune-kun no revenge" is another good choice.
