I knew the art was familiar (the same author of the Yuri Mekuru series). In Mangadex, the author is listed as UMITSUKI Reona , so when you click in the Author/Artist in this manga, you won't find anything (the name/surname is inverted).
Also, it seems this series is a spin-off of another series the author is publishing, Ponko Tsundere na Osananajimi, but there isn't any chapter on Mangadex.

For the second Alt name, I believe both "Ponkotsu" and "Strongest" are referring to "she" (the blue-haired girl) not "he" (the guy). As far as we can tell from the first chapter, the guy isn't stronger than the girl.

Regarding the English name of this series, I have yet to see any "official name" but it could be translated to something like: "After being reincarnated, that piece of junk is unexpectedly the strongest". I would personally translate it, taking some liberties, as: "I can't believe how strong that piece of junk is after being reincarnated".
