@Doomer To be more specific she's using her storage ability to cut their head off by storing the head/neck. It was revealed when she saved the kid trying to suicide in the well that she can store living things. Although it gets really grey zone in this case cause she could technically "cut" anything if she is allowed to store anything at her desired will with no limitations.
