Can count on a fair bit of people in that world knowing she nuked a country (or atleast heard about it), the goddess herself came and talked about it in ch24.2 and even mentioned she accidentally dragged in all the neighboring countries when destroying that country because she didn't control her power.
Although the one mentioned here was nuked because they tried to pass off as blessed/favored by her and that others should just obey them for it.
FMC convinced her to not repeat the whole nuke event with the pretty recent "holy" country, something all involved appreciated.
(Since her control/aim is notoriously sloppy and who knows how many other countries would get caught in it.)

well actually the girl she picked up was used to pay a debt but the slave trader is actually a good man. They pay for 30 years of work upfront... so even if she dies the parents get almost a lifetime's pay... and he was actually looking for buyers who wouldn't treat the slaves poorly.
