Preloading chapter pages :planned:

This is broken. I'm not entirely sure about this (didn't do extensive testing), but I'm pretty sure it's only preloading 19 pages, 20 if you count the first one, then it stops.
Let me know if the same happens to others.

Yeah this is incidentally a bug that I thought I fixed months ago but I think yesterday was reminded of and actually fixed it

It'll be up on the site sooner rather than later
