Premium accounts with cosmetics on profile or in comments. Anything aesthetic wise that doesnt hinder reading experience. Any kind of customisation is good.

More donations to MD = the site can hold more manga and users = more people will see scanlators' work.

And maybe when emotes are implemented, premium users can get exclusive emotes.

Devs need to get started on that MangaDex MMO, then. That's where the real money's at. The thread wasn't rejected, so that means there's still a chance.
