Problems for the last several hours?

Mangadex is acting weird for me, stories that didn't shows in follow tab, different manga updates from latest chapter tab and all tab, manga which shows that there's no chapter in selected language even after just reading, after bookmark then new chapter shows and before that it's as if there's no new chapter.

What's happening?
