"Im doing it for you" but maya, why is that decision up to you when you know nothing about the person in the picture, who they are, or what happened to them. To him, he still hasn't found itsuki but just came back to Japan and starting to get a clue so he's just getting started, and yet you're deciding for him that it's been too long/it's not good for him ... especially since from ritsus pov, something might have happened to itsuki and he would feel horrible if he never found out. Just from how meaningful their friendship is alone, aside from any romantic feelings he has. It makes what Maya said/did so selfish (tho I know her insecurity is coming from izukis presence itself )
