I liked the ending. These type of stories usually drag on too long. and by these type of stories i mean, random monster kills everything because of magical girl powers.

Actually a pretty good ending. The story didn't drag itself on or overstay its welcome.
Also I have to confess I was wondering what the mother was doing through all this carnage lol. Her presence pretty much disappeared after the 1st chapter or so.
