Yes, and presumably it was him using it again during the last hack. Chloe seems to be a prodigy as well but it doesn't seem like she was ever looped in to the last operation.

This chapter was pretty solidly cringe-worthy. I wish people would stop trying to dramatize "the 1337 hack0rz". Hacking is, for better or worse, usually more all-or-nothing - there's no harrowing back-and-forth, no little girl prodigies. At best, it's more like a poker game.
