Ah, that explains it. I honestly really appreciate this chapter, but the translation is kinda less flowing and a bit confusing compared to the CMB one, especially since there's a lot of international law terms. The one in CMB is much clearer. If this is actually made a long time ago, that explains it. If anyone had time, somebody should sync the terms used between the two halves to make it less confusing (definitely not me, I know that I know nothing about scanlation )

For that kid to show up at the court at get mad at the opposition shows that he sure as hell should not be in a court. Touma, as we've seen time and time again, doesn't give a flying fuck about anyone besides his sister and Mizuhara, and he always looks at the facts. Tbh he ain't very human, but that's a good thing in this scenario at least. Also, Touma case is true, sadly, the law doesn't make special circumstances, even if something might happen bringing him back to Balkia, Belgium has no jurisdiction.
