They could have at least arrest Lau on suspect of murdering Amagi and cut out some of the drama

@versub If they did that, Lau will be free because most likely his underling was the one who do the deed. Remember that they're mafia. They can just cut off their underling if it's too much a hassle.

Police's intention is to arrest Lau, not just some underling. This case is a perfect chance to catch him if solved
