Ok, I completely ignored the title (fake?) and went straight ahead to read the description, and I was like "wtf? " But I still wanted to read the story because I like this mangaka's work. As soon as I clicked on the first chapter I forgot about what I just read in the description and enjoyed the chapter. After finishing the chapter I went back to read the description again, and I laughed so hard. What is the description suppose to be? The plot's going to unfold in that way??? I'm so confused.

All I can write is still with it. It's a slow burn slice of life-ish read, but it reads quite beautifully.

Like you can sense parts would have an even greater depth if they were written in Kenji.

Really intense and angsty, but a very classic-like Omegaverse.

So what happened? Habaki attacked an omega, or tried to help an omega who was attacked? Did he or did he not bite them? The omega looked like En so En lied about being that omega Habaki bit?
