'Re-uploading' via cloud drives :rejected:

It'd be nice if reuploading can take in use of cloud drive like when we upload a new chapter.
It's annoying that direct upload fails frequently but since Gdrive or Dropbox uploads succeeds everytime I thought it is worth implementation.

Rejected, mostly spaghetti code and partially fears of abuse. v5 is getting a page-by-page uploader which should solve the issue.
