has this ever happened to anyone? you have a followed manga with zero read chapters even though you clearly remember reading the chapters at some point?

Might be that you're talking about manga where the scanlation group decided to remove all of their uploads. That wouldn't be a bug.

I have, on some of the ones I know I have read, the Chapters are not set as read. on others, only part of the read list is gone.
