Reader handling certain scans as incorrect chapter.:fixed:

I'm trying to read https://mangadex.org/manga/25264/danshi-koukousei-wo-yashinaitai-onee-san-no-hanashi and whenever I try to read a chapter from Rakuen Scanlations (which is nearly all of them) the reader thinks it's on chapter 34 even though it's displaying the chapter I selected. Now whenever I click to go to the next chapter it just takes me back to the series main page where I have to manually select a chapter again.

I know stupid thing to ask, but did you already try clearing your cache, close and reopen your browser ?
