First was "Port" instead of Bolt, now is "Hubert" instead of Oscar Pistorius; they have proper names, why not using them?

@beregorn I guess so the manga can exist in a nebulous time period that happens some point after the Bulls did their three-peats and Kobe, Shaq and Vince Carter played while also being able to somewhat reference current events. Like only two years have past in the manga but the series had been running for like 10+ years at this point.
