Realist Maou Niyoru Seiiki Naki Isekai Kaikaku - Vol. 1 Ch. 5

@yohane Realism doesn't mean that you pull an ultra-Vulcan and never act on emotion; it means that you keep emotion and reason in their proper place in your head and use them to supplement each other.

In this case, his observations about the necessity to preserve his forces is entirely correct, so it is to his benefit if he lets his emotions take effect to add more strength.

As for what happens if Sabnock goes all out from the start; it's not guaranteed he'd be killed - it would only have been more dangerous. It doesn't change the overall plan.

That's right! Swords are to be used! If it's not stabbing or slicing people, it's gonna be sad. Don't make your swords sad.

@GrimThoughts You don't become a thief by looting your enemy's treasury. You just become a savvy commander. Cat demon lord is a sore loser, nothing more, running his mouth like that.

A realist should accept that there are situations where subordinates couldn't make it in time and you should be strong enough to tank at that time. He did do that but training is still required.

hijikata-han~ hijikata-han~ what is that?~

Someday, that nice sharp twin daggers and that sheathed sword in display on our ancestral house shall see some good use.
