like always these kind of stories do not fail to deliver garbage MC's who go back on their promises and forgetts any and all kindness shown to them because they just simply dont care, the emperor has been nothing but kind and helpfull of the MC, why exactly is this guy supposed to be the good guy now again? he is more of a villain then the worst of the worst villains in the series so far.
chinese main characters seem to have a habit to turn their backs on people who trust them and considers them their friend and do everything in their power to help the MC, and in return? he dumps you like yesterdays garbage whenever it suits him.

almost as if they compete with eachother over who is the least competent author.
