@ShadowWalker for what I can tell from this chapter, the emperor has a special power to let him see the future, but then he saw his death coming, and was unable to sleep because of it.
I think MC didn't prescribe a medicine, but instead he wrote a letter for the emperor.

@nunarita pretty sure its the red head punk. The future hair of the family. The asshole the MC beast down at the young generation competition and they tried to cripple the MC for winning.
I get the feeling someone assassinated him tho. Even tho those workers were saying it seems like suicide. I just cant think who would assassinate him that we have seen in the manwha. His only enemy was the MC.

Yep seeing your own death would probably prevent you from getting a good night's sleep if I had to say, that would definitely do it.
