She is definitely different, but I would say in a positive way. If anything, she is more sane now than before. She has finally realized how the world works, and no longer is in the bubble.

Yandere? Maybe. But that could also be just a side effect of her new, more dominant personality that seems to now focus on getting shit done. I think, and I could be very wrong, that she now has a goal to motivate her, where before she kinda had just gone with the flow, reacting to everything instead of preparing and/or taking the initiative, because she didn't know what direction to move towards.
