from the comments I realized and think at the end, his daughter is not actually there. she's only in his hallucination of 'what if' cause his hair changed and he's watching the video through a phone ( time skip )but his daughter is still the same. i refuse to accept the idea of that girl is his other child cus she look exactly the same and in the school uniform that he bought her for the last time. damn i feel like crying again

If you really look carefully at the end, though, it seems like a bunch of evidence is pointing to her being dead, and the dad is just having delusions of his daughter.
