It's feels stupid, how a little girl personality change in the blink of eye. Red personality change it's understandable because he still have grudge from the incident.
And she like approaching her own doom without even think she have skill to survive. But let's see how the two will develop in the future as character

Well, she witnessed some kind of vision/revelation and we've seen how much troubled her not knowing about her origins (if your adoptive father bursts in tears and asks forgiveness everytime you ask him what happened to your real parents, you might have some questions asd). And i don't think it's a change of personality, you should even consider that a thing like this might cause you a bit of a shock...
But anyhow, you'll see in the next chapters :)
