Typesetting is not a problem, I like to do it, but redrawing is what's really delaying our scanlation.

Just spam big white stroke on the English text and If it's the "cool yaku" bubbles, you can just hide the raw text all black and be done with it.
Nobody actually cares about redraws except for (typically perfectionist) scanlators.
It's not worth the time and effort.
