Reincarnated as an Aristocrat With an Appraisal Skill - Vol. 3 Ch. 24 - War Flag (1)

MC should have mental age of 40..45 years old. Why would he be nervous? It doesn't make much sense...

I suppose they dont know about physic or medicine ??? What crap world is this ? SUCH A BAD WRITING !!!!!!

It is extremely rude to head-hunt working employees in front of the employer.

It shows that he's being looked down upon. Which like a good Japanese transmigrator he didn't even realize...

@Namwal Someone who heard the still young kid he used to dot over and play with, had to come to a war meeting in his very ill father stead... A nice decorated bag of cookies might not be helping the MC situation, but from a caring person it could serve the purpose of a small distraction of the MC's stress even if fleeting (remember from the old man point of view, the MC is a child who recently just got shoved in a stressful situation with both the war meeting and his father being ill). To show a little consideration that doesn't cost much is far from abnormal if they were previously on friendly terms (which they were).

Sure it could be a smooth way to manipulate another person to his side, but by itself that single act isn't really suspicious.

@NotFunStuff

Emperor as head of state of the Someforth Empire? Sure absolutely makes sense.

Viceroy for the leadres of various 'countries' doesn't work unless the monarchy of those countries have been deposed. Viceroy has a specific use to indicate therepresentative of the soverign who is governing the territory in the soverign's name. (ie: Governed by the crown and not the feudal lord). Viceroy is not a noble rank anyway. The term Governor is probably better and more universal for the person administrating that territory unless theres a noble rank specified.

Duke lead Duchies and may have other lesser nobles under them (Counts, Barons, etc).

Generally ranks of nobility are somewhat like:
Monarch > Duke > Earl/Count > Viscount > Baron. Sometimes there are french noble titles like Marquiss or German ones like Margrave in some manga too.

The lord of Canale is probably a Count or Viscount. The Japanese aristocracy is a little different and not directly translatable but looking up the Kanji thends to give you english equivalent terms that make sense.
